The JoyCare is a first-person horror adventure game set in an abandoned daycare facility. You play as an urban explorer who stumbles upon the ruins of the once-famous JoyCare center, only to uncover dark secrets hidden behind its colorful walls. Inside, two monstrous figures roam: Jacky Joke, the grotesque former mascot who now hunts intruders with twisted laughter, and Misery Master, a blind and vengeful entity that can only navigate using sound. As you delve deeper, you must uncover the truth behind JoyCare's fall, avoid the lurking terrors, and find a way to escape the nightmare alive.

Our History
It all started with a simple idea: a horror game set in a daycare. I’ve always been fascinated by abandoned places, especially ones that were once full of life and laughter. The contrast between innocence and terror felt like the perfect foundation for a horror experience.
I imagined The JoyCare as a place that was once colorful, joyful, and filled with children’s laughter—but something terrible happened. That’s when I came up with Jacky Joke, a creepy mascot who used to entertain kids but now wanders the halls as a twisted monster.
Later, I added Misery Master, a more tragic character. He used to be part of the JoyCare team, but after being locked away and forgotten, he lost his sight. Now, he moves only by sound and attacks anyone who makes noise. I wanted him to feel like a living echo of the past, full of pain and rage.
I spent a lot of time thinking about how the player would explore the building, how they would hide, and how they could uncover the mystery behind JoyCare’s collapse. The more I worked on it, the more real it became.
The JoyCare is my way of mixing exploration, fear, and storytelling—all in one haunted daycare.
